How do I request tasks?
You submit task requests via intake form in your client portal.
Don't worry if you're unsure if what your submitting is correct. We triage every submitted task to make sure we understand what you're looking to accomplish.

What does unlimited requests mean?
You're able to submit as many task requests as you'd like. Think if it as you're building a backlog of tasks to be worked on in the future.
The only limitations are total max amount of tasks delivered in your current billing cycle (3) or number of tasks that can be worked on at time (1 or 3) which are determined by your subscription plan.
What is a next task suggestion?
This is a task category designed to make it easier for you to tackle the question of "What should I do next?" in a more frictionless way.
Here's how it works:
Submit a "Next task suggestion" category request and our team of HubSpot Experts will identify an area of HubSpot that could be improved and tailored to your business operations.
Once we've made a task suggestion, we'll include detailed comments for you on the task to review and approve / disapprove before any work is done.
- If you like what we've suggested, we'll either add the task to your "Accepted" queue or get started on it right away.
What does 1 active task at a time mean?
Until we receive confirmation from you that a task in the "Pending Approval" stage can be marked as "Complete". We will not start "Working" on the next task in your "Accepted" stage queue.
Once it is approved, we start working on the next one.
What does 3 active tasks at a time mean?
Same as 1 task at a time definition, but with the capacity to increase delivery velocity.
Do you offer a free trial?
Simply click the "Get started" button on the pricing cards and subscribe to a plan to start submitting task requests.
What is your turnaround time?
We aim to send you tasks for review between 2 - 3 business days once we begin working on them.
We will always associate a time estimation with each task when we triage it.
Although more custom and/or complex tasks might take longer.
How do you communicate results?
Tasks will be sent to you via the client portal to review for approval with detailed description and/or loom video.
