How do I request tasks?
You will submit task requests via an intake form.
Once submitted, the task will be triaged to make sure we have a complete grasp of what you want accomplished.
Once accepted, the task will be added to your queue. Where we will then pull tasks from your queue to be worked on.
Is there a limit to how many task requests I can make?
Once subscribed, you're able to submit as many requests to your queue as you'd like.
The actual deliver of those requests depends on your subscribed tier.
What is a credit?
A credit is associated to each task submitted. The complexity of the task will determine how many credits are associated to that task.
Do credits rollover?
No, unused credits do not rollover to the next month. You are paying for value, not time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes.
We allow you to select only one request to be completed in a 3-day trial period.
You can select 1 task from the list of services we have on our intake form.
The free trial starts as soon as your task request is received, triaged and accepted.
We then have 3 days to complete this 1 task and once completed, we'll send you an email informing you it is done.
You can then decide if you'd like to purchase a subscription plan.
How do you communicate results?
Delivered task credits will be communicated via email. The email will include a detailed description and loom video.
