About this position

As a HubSpot Specialist at Trujay, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of SMB and enterprise client relationships. You will serve as a trusted consultant, advising clients on effective strategies for implementing HubSpot technologies, aiding in the implementation, overseeing project plans, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute work successfully. In addition to working closely with existing clients, you will play a pivotal role in business development by contributing to client acquisition, upselling, and client retention efforts. As a crucial member of our team, your mission is to cultivate strong client relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive Trujay's growth as a leading global HubSpot Consulting firm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure a successful onboarding process for clients adopting HubSpot software.
  • Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and maximize value.
  • Efficiently complete the required technical setup for all customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and education to customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools.
  • Stay up to date with product changes and beta programs within the HubSpot dashboard.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to potential clients, promoting our agency's services.
  • Log all relevant notes from onboarding calls to maintain accurate records.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Required)

About this position

IntegrateHQ is a startup SaaS company headquartered in Austin ,TX with virtual team members around the world. We have seen tremendous customer satisfaction with phenomenal growth for CRM integrations. Team members are awarded stock options, which are Qualified Small Business Stock, to share in the success.

We are looking for an Integrations Navigator, who will guide our customers through their data integration journey. This individual is passionate about working with customers and providing them with the best business solutions especially around their data integration needs.

You will have a deep understanding of data integrations, and experience working with CRM solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, and ERP solutions like NetSuite, MS Business Central, MS Dynamics, Sage 100, SAP. You should also have experience in programming using languages like JavaScript, Python, C or Java.

As an Integrations Navigator with us, you will be responsible for leading calls with clients to discover their requirements. You should be a patient self-starter, able to spot data anomalies and troubleshoot software data flows. You should also have project management skills and be able to resolve issues with a high degree of autonomy.

You must have strong customer facing skills and experience collaborating with customers. You should be able to document business requirements, translate these into technical solutions, and formulate tasks in a ticketing system for implementation.

  • Guide client decision making to ensure their project is optimally delivered

  • Resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur
  • Interact with internal and external peers to exchange complex information related to assigned activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Required)

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing, technical consulting role, with excellence in English language skills, spoken as well as written.
  • 2+ years of experience with working on ERP solutions like NetSuite, MS Business Central, MS Dynamics, Sage 100 and SAP
  • 2+ years of experience with working on CRM solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua
  • 2+ years of experience with data integrations.
  • 2+ years of experience in programming or scripting languages, using APIs
  • Experience working with spreadsheets in terms of data analysis, and capabilities to perform complex data correlations and transformations.
  • Experience using Jira, or similar ticketing systems

Other Valued Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Database and SQL familiarity
  • Experience working with programming or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge of tools like Workato, Zapier and Dell Boomi
  • Deep understanding of business processes such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales and Marketing
